Event Training – Short Course
When: Saturday 31st July 10am-3pm & Sunday 1st August 8:30am-4:30pm
Where: Needham Lake, Needham Market
What: Training to help run “A Day for Play”
– an outdoor children’s event
‘A Day for Play’ is an outdoor open event for children and families providing interactive and participatory workshops and theatrical happenings to an expected audience of approx. 1000 at Needham Lake.
We are looking for unemployed adults to help us make it happen and in return we will provide you with formal training, a certificate of achievement and support with moving into employment, education or volunteering afterwards.
You will work with industry professional trainers to find out about what it takes to run an event, get actively involved in setting up the event, work on developing confidence and communication skills and much, much more.
