Over 1546 people to date have participated in the programme, 200 now have jobs and 176 are now volunteering and 269 people have moved into job searches or further learning

Brief Project Description: 3 Day Residential open to 25 young people who are interested in working at Zinc Arts and other arts organisations supporting and delivering on workshops.

Brief Project Description: A four day training session in stewarding customer care, event planning etc, in order to volunteer for the Rayleigh Arts Festival on 18th September 2010. (TR Partnering Rochford District Council)

Event: - ESSEX Street Diversions 2010
Venue: - Chelmsford Town Centre
Date: -Saturday 30th October 2010
Brief Project Description: Free showcase of international outdoor performance not only features amusing and curious shows during the daylight hours, but also peculiar twilight performances, installations and a finale to suit the unsettling shift in seasons. A finale presented by Walk the Plank will finish off the day of wonder, bemusement and humour.

Brief Project Description: Chelmsford Borough Council’s Cultural Events Team, Essex County Council and Team East for Skills are offering the opportunity for unemployed people to be trained in a variety of skills relevant to providing high quality cultural events. Sessions will include everything from marketing and programming to on-site stewarding.

Brief Project Description: A four/five day training session in stewarding, customer care, event planning, etc in order to volunteer on the Chelmsford Arts Festival. "Street Diversions" on 30th October 2010.

Brief Project Description: 4 day programme delivering FA level 1 coaching and/or CSLA training to young people 16yrs + (During half term)

Event: Princes Trust Get Into... And Get Started...
Venue: Various Across Essex and Hertfordshire
Date: Between July 2010 and November 2010
Brief Project Description: Working in partnership with Zinc Arts, Princes Trust will deliver 5 day courses with local employers working in maritime, logistics and administration, Tennis and Football. All young people on these courses will work towards a Bronze Award

Event: - Rochford Event Management Course
Venue: - Rayleigh Arts Centre and Rayleigh Windmill
Date: -Tuesday 14th - Saturday 18th September 2010
Brief Project Description: A three week community theatre training project where participants devise and create a play to perform to local primary schools
